WEM Financial Policies

The Registration Fee, Materials and Media Fee along with a completed and signed Payment Authorization Form and the Enrollment Contract must be received in order to secure enrollment with WEM.

All fees are non-refundable.  Materials and Media fees may be tax-deductible.

Tuition & Financial Policies

Tuition rates reflect a charge for a single school year of 180 days.  Tuition is due on the 1st day of each month.  Tuition payments must be made by way of pre-collected, post-dated checks or by automatic withdrawal (ACH) from your checking or savings account or via credit card or debit card.

All payments due to WEM received after the 5th day of the month will accrue a late charge of $25.00 per day.  NSF/Returned checks will accrue a charge of $50.00

In the event of a voluntary early withdrawal, your monthly tuition is payable (in-full) for 30 days after receipt of written notice.

WEM charges an annual tuition that covers classes from September 2011 through Mid-June 2012.  The tuition is divided into equal monthly increments according to your chosen payment options.  Tuition is payable regardless of student absence, student illness, vacations or extended leave.

The annual tuition may be pro-rated over a 10-month or 12-month payment plan. Payment term of 10 months begins August 1, 2011 with final payment on May 1, 2012. First payment is due August 1, 2011. Payment term of 10 months begins July 1, 2011 with final payment on June 1, 2012. First payment is due July 1, 2011.

A 10% discount will apply to the tuition of lower or equal amount when more than one child per family is enrolled with WEM.

Before & After Care Fees & Billing

Before School care is available beginning at 7:00AM.  After School Care is available until 6:00PM.  Before and After School Care is charged at $7.00 per hour in 30-minute increments. Before & After School Care charges are billed separately from your tuition billing statement and must be paid by check.  Charges accrued in June will be billed at the end of the year and are due by July 1st.

All students at After School Care must be picked up by a legal parent(s) or guardian(s) or by an authorized adult no later than 6:00 PM.  A delay of pick-up by 15 minutes will accrue a charge of $25.00.  Each additional minute of tardiness will incur a charge of $1.00 per minute.
